How do I find my referral code?+

Log in to your McFarlane Music account and visit the Referrals section. Your unique code (e.g. REF-XXXXXX) is displayed there, ready to share.

What reward do we get?+

Both you and the person you refer receive a voucher. The exact value may vary by promotion, but it is typically applied as a discount on a future lesson.

Is there a limit on how many people I can refer?+

No! Refer as many friends as you like. Each successful referral earns you another reward.

When does the reward get applied?+

Rewards are issued once your friend has completed their booking and payment. You will both receive a voucher code via email.

Can I refer someone who has had lessons before?+

The referral programme is designed for new students. If someone has previously booked with McFarlane Music, the referral may not be eligible.

Do vouchers expire?+

Yes, referral vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date they are issued.
